OUR ENGAGEMENT

We will attempt to issue a refund or exchange for any item purchased online or at the factory. Upon presentation of the original receipt given at the time of purchase.

For point-of-sale purchase, return or exchange must be done with the original point of sale.

RETURN POLICY

Unused, undamaged and mint items accompanied by the invoice can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund will be applied to the original payment method or an exchange. Items that are damaged, or that are not in a condition to be resold may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

WHERE TO RETURN THE ARTICLES

For online shopping. Items can be returned or exchanged directly and sent at the factory at 107 Route 153, St-Tite, G0X 3H0 within 30 days of the date of purchase or contact us at 418-365-3240 by phone or email at techmarine@globetrotter.net for return by post.

For purchases at points of sale, the return or exchange must absolutely be done through your original point of sale.

TRADES

We treat exchanges in the same way as returns. If you want to exchange an item, simply send it back or communicate with us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in its packaging, in the original condition and with your invoice which you will have obtained at the purchase. See our return policy for full details, including exceptions and exclusions.

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

There are certain exceptions to our return policy:

Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.

Special orders cannot be refunded.

Any material not in the original condition or damaged by the customer.
